Pricing and payment

How much does a render cost?

The cost is highly dependent on the details of your project and delivery speed. Refer to our pricing policy for general pricing and contact us for an exact quote. You will receive an quote within 24 hours of the Thirteen Architectural team receiving your project requirements.

Payment Schedule

There is a 50% down payment required upon start of a project, and 50% around finalization of project.

Terms of Payment

We require 50% pre-payment to initiate the project, and final payment made before sending the confirmed high-res rendering. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Western Union and Bank Wire Transfer.

We keep it as simple as possible so that you can focus on your work.

How long does it take to deliver a final rendering order?

In terms of still rendering for regular mode and first-time orders: we can deliver 5 to 15 renderings every 10 days, or 15 to 20 renderings every 15 days. We can also offer 25-30% faster delivery times. For animations we need an average or 4 to 6 weeks..

How does the workflow proceed?

At the beginning of our collaboration we will design a pipeline for your project to define and minimize the number of touchpoints. Each step is planned for strict adherence to final deadline, but we have flexibility with partial deadlines and when unforeseen situations arise. We have the utmost respect for your final deadline, especially when you’re contending with competition or a client presentation. We know how important it is to be timely.

How long takes 3d rendering?

Since every project is unique, the time needed for making 3D renderings might differ. Feel free to contact us and send your project information so that we informed you about delivery time.

Can you expedite an urgent project?

Yes! Tell us your deadline and we will prioritize to ensure we can meet it.

What is the general process?
  1. After receiving the model, CAD, and other starting documents and the team will begin modeling.

  2. The team will send you a round of model drafts, in which you can mark up the image for desired view and geometry.

  3. Once the view is confirmed, the rendering in low resolution will begin to confirm lighting, material, color and general feeling of the rendering.

  4. Multiple rounds will be provided for you to review the rendering. While in this resolution you can check; texture, materials, small lighting changes, and minor edits are at no additional cost. Please note: going back to change model geometry or the view angle at this stage could lead to a workload.

  5. Final Render Draft and post work will be sent.

  6. Confirmation of acceptance of the render will be required.

  7. Final delivery without THIRTEEN ARCHITECTURAL watermark.

Where are you located?

Our office is located in London ON - Canada, but our communication can be made via email for registration. However, you can also contact us via Skype, WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, etc. We can also hold online meetings where we can share screens using Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Bluejeans, Webex or whatever you prefer. You can also call our cell phones directly. Anyway, there is no gap between us!

Revisions & Final Work Delivery

What final hi-res size of image and video can I get?

Usually, the standard high res 3D images that we deliver are of 72DPI, Exterior 5,000Pixel/JPG or Interior 4,000 Pixel/JPG, could be applied to print A0 in maximum which is suitable for use in a variety of print media. For video, we provide several common resolutions for options: 720P, 1080P or 4K by 30 FPS. However, if you need any special resolution to be utilized in billboard/cinema, then you need to inform us before the final render production. Moreover, we might charge extra for special requirements.

What type of files can we receive the final production in?

Renderings: any image file (.JPG, .PDF, .PNG, .TIF, etc.)

Animations: any movie file (.MP4, .MOV, .AVI, etc.)

Virtual Reality : can be applied to Windows or IOS system as per requests

Getting Started

What do I have to provide to start the project?

Whatever you have! From plans and sections, models and even reference images. We can also propose designs as needed. A personalised checklist is provided detailing all requirements before the project begins.

What file types can you accept?

We can accept most file types like .MAX, .SKP, . FBX, .OBJ, .3DS, .3DM, .RVT, .STL, . DAE, & .DWG are all great.

What should I do if I don't have a model?

If you cannot provide models, we will need floor plans, elevations, CAD files, or an accurate architectural drawing, in order to begin the modeling process.

Only clients from specific geographic areas can use your 3d rendering services?

We work remotely and provide our services all over the World. So you can request 3D architectural rendering whether you live in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, or in any other country.
